Pitou Junior High is located in the heart of Pitou Township, surrounded by beautiful farmland. If you visit during harvest time, you'll see fields of crops and golden waves of rice that stretch as far as the eye can see—it's a pretty awesome sight!

Even though our school is in a rural area, we work hard to get support from both public and private organizations to improve our facilities. From new reading spaces and upgraded restrooms to high-tech classrooms with touchscreens and tablets, we’re always improving the learning environment.

We also secure extra funding for projects like reading programs, and we receive support from foundations and tech companies to give our students even more opportunities to learn and grow.

Pitou students do amazing things inside and outside the classroom. From sports like weightlifting and soccer to creative pursuits like music, science fairs, and language competitions, our students shine in so many areas.

Our goal is to help students not only learn but apply their knowledge to real life. We focus on fun, interactive teaching that makes learning exciting and helps students become lifelong learners, ready to take on any challenge that comes their way.
